A Personal Message from Kerryn
Hello, I’m Kerryn Hanrahan, Founder, Principal Licensee and Director of Red Spot Realty.
I began my real estate career in June 1996 with one simple goal—to genuinely help people with one of the biggest decisions they will ever make. More than 30 years later, that commitment remains exactly the same.
In 2008, I established Red Spot Realty to provide clients with a more personal, honest and practical real estate experience. I wanted to create an agency where every client could deal directly with the person responsible for selling or managing their property, while receiving professional advice, clear communication and genuine care throughout the entire process.
Over the years, I’ve learnt that selling a property is about much more than putting a sign in the yard. Preparing a home properly, presenting it at its very best and understanding what buyers are looking for can make a real difference to the final result.
That’s why I also created Red Spot Yards—to offer clients a complete property preparation service. Whether it’s mowing, acreage maintenance, pressure cleaning, rubbish removal, gardening or organising trusted local tradespeople for repairs and improvements, I believe every property deserves the opportunity to make an outstanding first impression.
My approach has always been practical, straightforward and focused on achieving the best outcome for every client. I take the time to understand your goals, provide honest advice and guide you through every step of the journey. There are no call centres, no handovers and no unnecessary pressure—just dedicated, personalised service from appraisal through to settlement.
